Ans: Well, i nv tot of it as a noble thing. this is juz sth i wud do. or rather, wad i wud like to do. it may not happen. only God noes. selfish? hmm, i was told by fangy tt when i haf a partner, i muz stop being nice to other girls. coz my partner will get v jealous (or hurt). but since it's inevitable for me to care alot for ppl close to my heart (guys and girls allike), it's quite impossible for me to juz stop caring once i've found a partner. yea.. so e only solution i haf is not to look for a partner... yet.

Many people have asked me this question before; and I have always been stumped. And then I will go - "it depends lor". (argh.. ok, i decided not to type in perfect english. can't express myself properly.) i think it's time i haf an answer to such a question. of corz, i really wouldn't deny dat i definitely would admire pretty or "cute" girls. it is juz in man's nature that pretty girls would appeal to them. God created men for women and women for men. in every man, there is an incontroversible desire to "get" a pretty woman. (erm.. i dunno wadz in every women. maybe u could enlighten me.) however, experience tells me that looks are FAR from everything. many people believe in love at first sight. i no longer do. this is because in such a phenomenon, the main force of attraction is not Van Der Waals physical. Physical appeals. in short, "Looks".

To me, looks are secondary (or maybe even insignificant). wad i look for in a partner is someone who understands me inside out and loves me all the same. one who is tactful in handling fragile me. one dat cares. (oh no. i lost my train of thoughts. nvm, with more practice, i can write better articles.) aiyah. in general i look deep into a person and go for inner beauty. beauty that comes from within. beauty from the heart.

but still, i dun deny that the girl i would fall in love with will haf to have at least a decent look (i dun haf high standards..) but then again, one never knows when the cupid strikes. who knows one day i fall might in love with a societal outcast? one who is termed "ugly". unwanted. *shrugs* and when i fall deeply in love with the girl, it wun matter how she looks after that.. even if she becomes disfigured after an accident or suffering from a terminal illness.. or anything.. my love remains. this is another prove that i dun "go for" looks.

Finally, i've also laid another idea. there are SO MANY pretty girls in this world. if i were to "go for" looks, i'll never be able to make-up my mind. it's quite pointless to go for someone u like looking at, but dun like being with. on the contrary, you cant love someone u wun even want to look at. because love is the result of BOTH mutual and sensual attraction that keep 2 homosapiens together.

As to the qn of whether i would wanna get a gf, my ans would be no. not for now, at least. not until... perhaps.. 3rd yr Uni? i dunno.. but if i still fail to find one, i'll juz let my mum choose one for me. which is quite sad. but then.. that's wad she wants. she brought me up. i should repay her kindness. oh but being someone who believes dat all women should be treated nicely, i wun get a partner until all the girls dat i noe (and care for) get married. or at least, attached. then, they would live happily with their family and forget all about me. then i can fang xing. and go start my own happy family. coz if i get married or attached and still care so much about other women, my partner will definitely get seriously jealous. and i will hurt her alot. i will not.
